Siamp troubleshooting videos hit YouTube – March 2011
European sanitaryware cistern fittings manufacturer Siamp UK Ltd has launched three YouTube tutorials to help plumbers overcome common issues.
The videos offer a step-by-step guide to troubleshooting problems associated with water leaking into the pan that can often be easily resolved without replacing fittings.
They are available to view on Siamp UK's website, www.siamp.co.uk and have also been uploaded to Siamp's YouTube page, www.youtube.com/siampshop
The three-minute videos feature on-screen instructions and narrative to demonstrate how to resolve problems covering Optima 49 and 50, Storm 33A and Skipper 45 outlet valves and Siamp 99B and 95L inlet valves.
Siamp UK managing director Stuart Lorne said: "Our hotline receives a large number of calls from plumbers struggling with common issues, most of which are easily rectified. We’ve created these videos as a solution to this – by showing plumbers exactly what to do in a visual format they can resolve the problem in the quickest and most hassle-free way."
Siamp UK is giving selected merchants the chance to add the videos to their own site – email email@example.com for more information.
